How to make Masala Milk | Kojagiri Poornima Special Masala Milk Recipe| मसाला दूध
Masala milk is best enjoyed warm where you can smell the aroma of the spices put in the milk from afar.
Masala doodh is special prepared and enjoyed on the occasion of Kojagiri Poornima. So this year prepare this easy and delicious Recipe, stay up late and enjoy this full moon festival with family drinking warm Masala Milk and some Gupshap .
We have included the recipe of Milk Masala which you can use with other deserts too. Make this
Masala and refrigerate. Make small batches as the aroma is diminished if the Masala ages.

Masala Doodh

Serves : 4 people
Ingredients for the Milk Masala
ALMONDS ¼ C
PISTACHIOS ¼ C
CASHEWS ¼ C
NUTMEG POWDER 1 TSP
CARDAMON POWDER 1 TSP
SAFFRON 8-9 STRANDS
Ingredients for the Masala Doodh
MILK 1 LIT
SUGAR 3-4 TBSP
MILK MASALA 3-4 TBSP
Instructions for the Milk Masala
Step 1
Ina mixer jar add the Almonds, Pistachios, Cashews, Nutmeg and Cardamon And the saffron and grind coarsely.
Step 2
Use the inch or pulse function of the Mixer, if you over grind the oil seeds like will leave out oil and clumps will be formed. Do not Over grind.
Step 3
Now Store this Masala in an air tight container and refrigerate. You can use it for other deserts like Kheer, Firnis, Shrikhand e.t.c.
To make the Masala Doodh.
Step 1
Heat 1 liter oif milk in a heavy bottom vessel. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 10 min on very low flame. The milk evaporates and thicken.
Step 2
Now add 3 tbsp of Milk Masala. And 3-4 tblsp of Sugar. You can adjust the sugar as per your taste.
Now simmer for another 10 min on very low flame.keep stiring and scraping the sides
Step 3
Whisk the final liquid mixture so the cream distributes evenly. Cool down Slightly and serve warm.
